The Burke is an all new model, specially made to order for a client and now for the first time available for group made to order (GMTO). The single monkstrap is both timeless and modern -- it is seen here on our pointed-round last, but note that you have the option of our soft-chisel last for your own pairs.

But of course what makes this monkstrap special is its patina! Designed by our very own patina artist Han Core, this design sports a classic patina, named "Smoky Quartz" after the deep brown hues which sit at the core of this after its hand-dyed and heavily burnished finishing.

We now also offer matching patina belts with our GMTO. Simply check the accessory box when adding your monkstraps to your cart, and leave a note during checkout with your desired belt size and buckle color (silver tone or gold tone). All patina belts are made in the USA, and all belt patinas are hand applied by the same NYC-based artist who will patina your shoes.

Production time on these pairs is 5-6 months from the end of the GMTO order period, which will be the 3rd of March; you can expect your pairs to be ready to be shipped to you in late Summer or early Autumn. Note that addition of hardware add-ons such as toe taps will, as always, extend your overall timeline to delivery by 3-4 weeks.

Like our previous patina GMTOs, this one includes a lot of savings: To order just one monkstrap like this would cost a total of $795: The model's base price ($495) plus a MTO fee ($150) plus a patina ($150). So you're looking at savings of nearly $250! All GMTO pairs will ship free to the domestic US.
